Abstract ME!!!!!!!!!!

An abstract thought keeps me going
im not sure wat is it im thinking
perhaps my childhood which i want back
my grandpa's story and my granny's lap

i misplaced some important paper,
i started searching my drawer
an old maths book peeped from inside
pictures from my childhood suddenly stride
Left back in the maths book by chance ...
A lost poem written by naive hands ..

fungi wrapped crayons blue green and red
meddled as an intruder
but sprinkled colours of my childhood days.

an unexpected shower in d midst of may
i lied on my bed and,
listened to the rain

One would not know that rain-drops fell
If the round sea-wrinkles did not tell.
One might not know that memories had place
if wrinkles didnt appear in heart's face.

an evening together with my family
ma bapi dida dadu and misti mashi
the game of carram with subra, tinni and deep
memories from childhood i love to live

A busy evening in a traffic jam ...
In my bustling of kolkata ...
 I suddenly find a song
A song that sang of hedges and its lawns,
That grand old city where I was born;

"stories from many land" --i loved the book
it talked about fairies and daughter of the moon
Taking a walk on memory lane
is where I want you to come along.

Every time I read this poem, i feel sooo nostagic ki bolbo.....as usual, nothing but superlatives for your writing and your ability to identify emotions which all of us can can relate to....
gorom kaler sondhya ey kalboishakhir jhor, baritey current nei, but sobai mile bosey carrom khela, jokhon keu dekhchhena, tokhon tuk korey ekta ghuti pocket ey feley dewa, muri and alur chop khawa....o i really miss those days yaar. The golden days of anyone's life. And you have made it so real. How you do it i'll never understand. But Kudos kiddo.... Havoc hoyechhe :D Its really moving, and simply beautiful.

Just a tinge of pain I have no one to share the last 2 lines with :
"Taking a walk on memory lane
is where I want you to come along."
